I was an instant believer when I stumbled upon a 7 foot 1500 pound buddha rock statue on the sidewalk of downtown LA. I went in and asked: "what do you do here?" many hours later I was infused with the warm joy that people are making the world a better place...and that is remarkable. I came back the next night and got over a 2 hour yoga class that was not long at all. I ate food that night and got home on a friday night after 1am. It was divine. With the covid issues, i started attending the zoom classes of Peace Yoga Gallery, the instructors are really awesome and dedicated. I attended the breathe and yoga stretch sessions of Caroline Lopes. Her attention to details in the practice is commendable.
The Yoga gallery is offering classes on donation basis, what you can which is a great benefit for those who are impacted by COVID economically and cannot afford to attend expensive classes.

I wanted to share the experience I had this last weekend at the One Love Festival where she had her L.O.V.E eatery ( live organic visionary evolution) as one of the vendors. I can't began to tell you how freaking good the smoothie and veggie taco was but in one word 💥phenomenal💥 next time I'm in town I'm going to make sure to get a yoga class in and eat so super delicious, healthy, and mindful grub!!!
