I recently visited Vince Camino at The Grove and unfortunately had an uncomfortable experience that left me not wanting to return. My spouse and I were shopping for an outfit for his birthday, and we went upstairs to browse the men’s section. While there, a staff member followed us upstairs, but instead of offering assistance, she simply watched us from the corner. It felt less like she was there to help and more like she was monitoring us, which made the experience uncomfortable.
As we moved around the store, we began to feel uneasy with her constant presence and went downstairs (which she immediately followed us in our heels). When we decided to go back upstairs to check out some accessories, she was in my path and with a slightly irritated tone, asked if I had forgotten something. When I simply replied that I was still shopping, it felt unnecessary and invasive. The staff member did nothing to resolve the situation (no apology, no explanation or help).

This experience made me not make a purchase and has made me hesitant to return to this store and location in the future. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and rethinks the approach to customer service and store security. I have also shared my experience to friends and fam via...
Read moreMy wife loves Vince clothing so I take my time out to take her for a wonderful shopping experience but what happens next at the store was the employees showing no respect, without greeting and giving me a dirty look & not saying a word and asking if we need help. I normally spend about $1000 for my wife on her clothes but not at this time! I felt very upset & awkward so we left the store. The management needs to train the staff to greet people with a smile, be more friendly & be kind to their customers....basically say.... "Hello welcome to Vince & my name is so & so & if you need any help please let me know". That wasn't so...
