We stopped in late last month because I saw their ad in the Mackinac Island guide book which said that they carry windchimes. I've been wanting some nice windchimes for a very long time, and they had a GREAT selection, both in sizes and in prices. We bought a very large set, and while the owner bubble-wrapped and boxed it up for us, he told us all about the Amish company that makes them and showed us how that company really goes the extra mile to create a quality product. I had searched every store on the island looking for a birthday sash, pin, anything to signify it was my granddaughter’s birthday. I then walked into flagship. Even before I presented my request the gentleman was very nice and inviting. I told him of my quest he replied that his store did not stock anything such as that, he then went on to say, “let me call my wife”. She brought some ribbon to the store for me. This store has the best lilac trees and for the right price! The customer service is impeccable. We come back every year to buy a new lilac tree to add to our home and we are never disappointed.
