This was definitely one of the worst restaurants I have ever experienced. This is really disheartening as this was one of the places we looked forward to the most. We waited a couple of hours for a table. The noise levels are very loud. I wore Loops switch earplugs, and it was still overwhelming. We could not even talk at our table. We had to text. I'd love to share how the food was, but I never got mine. My entire table got their food and I kindly waited for mine. They were almost done eating when my brother in law finally stopped the waitress (I believe her name was Christina C from New York) and asked her if my food was coming. She then told me I never ordered food. I told her I did. I ordered the French dip. She told me no, you didn't. She pulled out her book to take an order, but at this point, I was just ready to get out of there, and everyone else was almost done eating. So I never got to eat lunch. The bar area was over full, and instead of turning people away, they let them crowd into the dining area. They were all yelling to talk and kept bumping my chair repeatedly. Servers could hardly get through with food to tables. Our server was very rude. My sister and brother in law ordered chips instead of fries with their burgers, and they got fries. They told her, and she said nothing, pulled out her book to confirm, saw they were right, went and got them and dropped them on the table, and left. She handled things so poorly. Even if she believed I didnt order food and I said I did, she should've just said I'm so sorry I didnt hear you order, let me get something in for you instead of telling me I was wrong. I was so hungry. I waited to eat for another 4-5 hours when we got back to our hotel and ate at their restaurant. I shared my experience with Facebook, and every friend who commented had similar bad experiences. There are better places to spend your time and money! I will never be back, and I'll never...
Read moreI am giving 5 stars for the customer service we received from Olivia. She was so sweet and helped us find exactly what we needed. I wish I could give a separate 1 star to the manager. He was rude, very condescending to the employees, and I would go as far as to call him a jerk. If he was the only one working, I would NEVER shop at the Pink Pony. He rolls his eyes at the employees if he has to do one tiny thing to help, he refused to answer a question, and he threw a shirt on the counter. I feel so bad for the employees that have to deal with him on a daily basis. Get your act together, or find a job you love- don’t treat people that way.
Edited to say that this was the Pink Pony store connected to...
Read moreThe view is great. The venue is classic. During our most recent trip the estimated 1 hour wait turned into 2. My wife ordered a salad with chicken, it arrived with no chicken. When we asked for it and got it, dryer than a bucket of sand. When provided with the feedback the staff was apologetic, but offered nothing to try and make it right. Not worth a repeat visit. Grabbing groceries at Douds and eating in the park would cost less than half and still...
