Wild Style USA — Local services in Madeira Beach

Horrible experience and I will never return to this store in this life time !! No no and no!! Custumer service is awful and I felt personally profiled & discriminated. Me and my fellow young friend were just looking around seeing what we liked just like the other customers nothing out of the ordinary until I noticed an employee that was a white woman with a black emo outfit was staring at my friend and I as we strolled through the store. Each time we moved to another part of the store she was not far behind us still trying to sniff out anything suspicious. We left after feeling to uncomfortable and unable to shop in peace ☮️ .We then walked across the street to surf style in hope of a more welcoming environment (in which we received) but of course even after leaving the store we weren’t left alone because as we were waiting for my henna tattoo to be done , the young man who had been working at the wild style , left his store and walked up to my friend in a demanding manner to question her (the same friend i was with previously) and ask her these very words “where did your friend get her glasses”. I have never in my life felt so disrespected. My friend replied with “she’s had them” and her father walks up to scene to see what was happening and the employee realized he was mistaken and proceeded to walk away. I was in the store around 4pm Thursday. I was just browsing and a delightful young man named "Adam" asked if there was anything he could help me with. I let him know I was only looking around as I'm a local and just passing time waiting on friends to arrive so we could eat at The Hut Bar & Grill. I did ask about the button down shirts with the Hawaii type feel to them. He was very knowledgeable about the shirts and even picked one out which he said was his fave, it was all blue dark on top fading into a light blue. I really liked it but, going to eat I didn't want to make the purchase at that time. I will be back next time I'm off and will purchase the shirt as long as Adam is there to help me. Y'all done well hiring him as I frequent the store alot and he is alot friendlier than most of the staff...

This place has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. A shirt that I got literally disintegrated off of me after an hour of use due to abismal craftsmanship. The receipt said that they wouldn't accept returns, but they would allow exchanges. I brought the shirt along with the receipt a day or so later and the man who worked there flat out refused me. Not only was he rediculously rude, he offered no explanation nor info on the company, or his supervisor. He tried to blame me for the defective clothing, claiming that I was too fat for it and that's why it broke. Keep in mind, this freaking top was not cheap by any means. Save yourself a lot of money and frustration and avoid this scam of a store...
