This place is a disaster. Stopped in for a regular drip coffee and a plain iced tea, that’s it. Nothing complicated. At 6PM on a Saturday. One of the workers said hello as we came inside, and there was one other couple at the counter waiting for their order. There were FOUR workers making coffees. The area in which they were working was a mess, and there was an overflowing trash bin in the middle of their work area that was so large they had a hard time moving around behind the counter. As we waited to place our order, no one said a word to us or even acknowledged that we were standing there. One of the workers was loudly complaining that she didn’t know what a Mocha Latte was (someone’s drive-thru order) and then proceeded to ask if she could eat a customer’s bagel that they forgot to include in an earlier order. We still waited to be acknowledged to place our order. And we waited. And waited. We probably stood in front of the counter for a solid 10 minutes, not one of the workers even looked at us. So we left. Absolutely ridiculous. We drove across the street to Starbucks, where one employee was working, were greeted with a smile, prompt and courteous service, and our orders were made rapidly. Read moreI don't know what just happen, but I just open the door and i got a flurry demands on putting on a mask, granted OK so i turned around and grab my mask, i proceed to go into the store and I was attacked again with an individual in the store ( not physical) on proceeding to attack me, then the manager got in between us, I was ordering then all the sudden the person that was helping decided to switch up with a dude, when it was all done they didn't even say have a good day or thanking me for coming to duncan donuts, I know i didn't do a dang thing, but i felt when i was standing there it was my fault the way they treated me, so I proceeded to leave the store i called back to talk to the manager personally and he apologize about the incident reassuring it wasn't my fault, oh yea there is no signs stating you have to be wearing a mask until June 2nd on there doors. still great place for coffee, donuts well not...

Came through this location on a travel and received plastic from the cream. Cheese container in the bagel. Also had very poor quality cream cheese, and though I made note to Dunkin the process, then forwarded it to the local store, who then left me a voicemail and I have not heard back. no offer to resolve the issue rather asking me what I would like.
