Bleach Hair Addiction Salon — Local services in Miami

EDIT: I fixed my scoring because of their amazing attitude and how helpful they were after I told them the concerns of my hair. I got a call and spoke to Susan about everything I was feeling about my hair and she was super helpful and patient with me and i really appreciate that. So due to her willingness to talk to me and come to an understanding with me I change my rating.

(This is a lengthy one, but honestly I am just so angry) Okay so don’t get me wrong, my hair color is so great but my overall experience at the place was just so horrible. Coming in everyone’s attitude was great i felt so welcomed and excited to do my hair, I was going to try something new and I needed to find someone who knew how to work with bleach and bright colors to make sure it came out well. (But it was not my first time bleaching/coloring my hair) Anyway, we start to bleach my hair and my stylist is also doing someone else’s hair, she didn’t give me an estimate of how long I’d be processing but i trusted that she would be keeping watch on my hair and know when to go back to my roots. I start to see my hair get a little too light within some time and I’m looking towards her maybe to see some kind of sign of her keeping watch on my processing, but nope she was still very focused on her other client. Eventually we move on to my roots, she goes ahead and then tells me to chill with that for about 45 minutes and I do in the other room of the salon. Come to find out she is completely GONE and clearly not checking in on whether or not my roots have had enough or not. (I would also like to say that when I came in for a consult, I was told I would not have to bleach my hair an excessive amount since I plan on doing dark colors). She eventually comes back after maybe an hour or so and washes out my hair, which is waaay more processed and whitened than (I figured) it would be due to what we spoke at the consult. I could feel the damage done to my hair but I stayed positive and figured that my stylist would condition and help remoisturize my hair. This was not the case, she started adding the color and then continued to leave me to my self for about an hour and a half (probably more) as she did two other client’s hair. When she eventually did come back she rinsed out my hair just with shampoo and then began to blow dry at what felt like EXTREME high heat. I’m not tender headed but after keeping the hot air on one spot of my head, I was starting to become so. She realized there was some spots that looked off so she added some color again and then went back to her other two clients. This is when I started to freak out a bit, cause from what I know about color (not too much, just from experience) the longer it sits the darker it can get. She disappeared for what seemed like another hour and came back to roughly shampoo my head again and then blow dry it bone dry. In all my time bleaching and dying my hair, never have i felt it be so damaged as it was today. I was hoping that maybe she would at least condition it after such a vigorous (and careless over processing) bleach process, but no. My hair not only looks so damaged and dry, but also really patchy in color work. When i made my appointment I was told I was being booked with one of the hair color/bleach specialists and that they would be great at what I wanted. But honestly, I feel like I paid $300+ to just damage my hair and be neglected...

My experience was awful. I had a horrible experience with the lady who cut the hair of my 11 year old daughter. Since she started doing the haircut (some layers) she only talked horrible things about my daughter's hair. She said that everything was badly done, not to use the kitchen scissors to cut her hair anymore, etc... My daughter felt so bad and I felt worse. On top of all her out of line, flippant and rude comments; she runs to the front desk to talk in the girl's ear telling her a -ramdom- number. I imagine the cost to "save" my daughter hair. $90 (no washing no dryer nothing but cutting) In the end the haircut looked bad. We got home and realized it was longer on one side than the other. Fatal. We went back two days after to the salon to have her repair the bad cut. Well, she told us that she didn't have time that day because she was full. Unbelievable! I had to go back the day after that and put up with this lady's horrible customer service. On top of everything when she attends us she starts saying things like we are "home hairdressers" so that’s why we don’t understand her cut. Oh my! Savage. I felt so bad for my daughter that almost wanted to run out of there. My little one not used to dealing with people without basic manners. Customer service is the most IMPORTANT thing when you provide a service, clearly this lady knows nothing about that. Just take care about the money. The only good thing about this place was the girl at the front desk. Very polite and kind. I would never come back. The high prices are not justified for such a low quality service and poor...

Alejandra Gonzalez is the most talented hair stylist I have ever been to in the 15 years of getting my hair done I've been to the top salons in Beverly Hills, NYC ect. My hair has been so damaged and over processed to the point it all fell out, it finally grew back and I was petrified to get my hair done again....I've heard amazing thing about "BLEACH HAIR ADDICTION" my sister and other people have been there and had nothing but great experiences. Alejandra Gonzalez did my hair and to be honest I was a little nervous but once she started to do my hair she made me feel so comfortable she is so professional and she explained everything that she was going to do step by step she made me feel so comfortable and confident that it was going to be ok and that I made the right decision and let me tell you....."I DID"!!! I Knew it was going to look good! my dad and I couldn't believe how good & amazing my hair looked!; Alejandra Gonzalez is an Artist she loves what she does, and takes pride in what she does this girl is a perfectionist I can't begin to tell you how AMAZING SHE IS!!! If anyone is looking for a blonde colorist I 10000% recommend Alejandra Gonzalez she's a GENIUS!! YOU TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK BEFORE AND AFTER pictures below ⬇️⬇️
