Beyond proud to call Iconbrickell my home. I moved here 2.5 years ago not knowing a soul, and now, I am happy to say that the majority of my closest friends all live right here at the Icon. Everyone is super friendly, residents and staff. A mix of all ages. Really feels like one big happy family here. A great place to relax, work, network, and prosper. This building has the best amenities and outstanding build quality and design I’ve seen, easily surpassing other newer buildings. I love how every single floorplan has its own unique features. The Icon is right on the water, surrounded by a park on each side. The only building in this area that’s like that. No other building is quite like the Iconbrickell. With 2 restaurants, night time lounge, poolside service, an outstanding gym and spa, the the largest condo pool probably in the whole country, I would say the only downside is that sometimes it’s hard to leave this place when everything...

I have had the honor of tutoring students here. The valet services were always very classy. My vehicle never had any damage and my belonging were always in tact. In fact, the valet were very friendly and always provided excellent services. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and helped me navigate the way to the elevator and up to the top floors to reach the student. I am very grateful for the entire support of the staff to make my life easier as a tutor.
