If you're looking for somewhere incredible to stay for a Batchelor party in Miami, this is an easy choice! I spent hours trying to find the best optimal place to stay in for the trip and settled on this one just from the incredible location and the amount of space within the apartment. Our host Kat was incredibly helpful with every question we had for her, greeted us on entry of the establishment, and walked us up to our apartment and went through everything within it to make certain it was all to our liking. If you have Kat as your host, you are in good hands! The only tip I have is if you plan on having a vehicle during your stay and need to park it someplace, don't hesitate to ask ahead of time for a self parking reservation. It's a parking garage within a 3 minute walking distance of the property. I was lucky to have Kat as my host who was able to help save the day by finding the last available parking space for us to use. They dont have any place to store luggage, if you go early, they advise you to leave your luggages in a dry cleaning store across the street.

The rooms are old. Paints are gone. Curtains barely work.

Bathroom is old.

They have penatly for everything. They make you feel like you're in an army base. If you check in late, there's a penalty if you leave the garbage there is a penalty if you lose or forget the key cards there's a penalty.

And the worst thing is you got trapped in the Expedia reservation be very careful they don't know for you changes of towels they don't offer your housekeeping so things that you take for granted they don't exist here.

I had a wonderful time staying through Miami vacation rentals at the Icon building. As a matter of fact, they have been so great at taking care of all my necessities, I’ve stayed multiple times within the last several months. They make everything from checking in process to parking to every amenity that you can think of a simplified and streamlined process. They are responsive to all my questions and check in on a daily basis to make sure everything is going well. The building is close to the center of everything you would want within Brickell. It’s close to all areas of Miami, as well as coconut grove. It’s walkable to everything within Brickell, including all restaurants and nighttime activities.
