Terrible Service and Unsafe Product I paid $10,000 for a bed and a chair that arrived broken, incomplete, and completely unsafe to use. The company delivered a defective product missing essential parts for assembly — and then simply disappeared. The delivery team was rude, used offensive language, and when I made it clear I no longer wanted the bed or their service, they just walked off and left. My 4-year-old daughter fell out of bed and hit her head. They promised to get back to us with a solution — no one ever did. The level of disrespect, irresponsibility, and poor customer service is shocking. Not only did they dump a damaged product on us, they showed zero accountability and treated us with utter disregard. I strongly warn others: stay away from this company. This was an infuriating, humiliating experience. Absolutely unacceptable.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, DO NOT TRUST. Rove Concepts website provided an online discount with promo code in exchange for a personal email and phone number. When I tried to proceed with the purchase , the promo code was shown as invalid. When I used the online chat, they said the promotion was over, even though it was advertised and sent to my email hours earlier. When I demanded the promo code be honored on the online chat, they said my sofa was not valid for the sofa promotion because it had no arms. All of this was ludicrous and BLATANT FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I would not believe any of their promos, even less their warranties and will purchases any of...
