Walgreens — Local services in Milpitas

we took my daughter to the doctor and as usual they asked me for the pharmacy that I use, I indicated this and the clinic sent the prescription here, my daughter had a urinary infection and the doctor ordered her to start medication immediately, we went to get the medicine at the pharmacy they said it was not ready and that my insurance did not cover it I said there was no problem that I would pay it myself, they told me the value would be U$ 70.00, they asked me to come back in 2 hours, I came back 3 hours later a 30-minute queue when I'm attended to the clerk can't find it, she said she doesn't have this request I show it in the clinic application she convinces herself that it's right there, a second clerk comes to see and says I don't have insurance so it's not ready, again I answer I'll pay with cash, they ask me for another 2 hours, I gave up I asked to change pharmacy, honestly I can't trust these attendants, I prefer to go for another place they...

Erica at the pharmacy was so rude! She has no respect. No Empathy no understanding; she does not listen to people!!! Discriminates people. I booked a booster and she refused to give it to me saying that I didn’t book. She said they have no extra boosters. I explained for her that it was my last day to get the booster and if I do not get it I will be denied a trip/cruise that I booked a year ago for family reunion… very stubborn and rude… I went to Walgreens on Dixon landing Milpitas blvd and was helped right away after I explained my situation. I love Walgreens and usually shop there but such employees ruin customer experiences… I even asked her for last name so I can talk to the manager she was rude about it and said you do not need to know my last name… so rude I’m extremely disappointed and I don’t think I’ll visit this...

👍Neat and clean Walgreens situated in W CALAVERAS BLVD, Milpitas. Well organized stuff arranged properly on each and every shelves.

👎The only down part is the photos section. We went their to take a print of 4x6, it’s a self service and most of the time there are no staff at the counter. We waited for staff who was busy inside receiving the stocks for close to 15 min. Quite disappointing though. We were not able to take the print because of the slow self service machine. Quite frustrating though.

Advice to the store manager- Sometimes the customer don’t know how to use the self service machine, it is always advisable to have someone to help when needed. Other than that everything looked great. You can take Fedex pickups and also buy...
