Absolutely worst process I’ve been through with a phone company. I use to have spectrum internet and mobile but i ended up moving to a community that does not serve spectrum for internet. So now i only have mobile. I am now trying to add a mobile line to my spectrum account and i paid 127.00 to add a new line for samsung 25 ultra. But like i said , my address has changed over the past year . When i initially made the transaction i was assured by 5 different spectrum employees that the device would be sent to my new address , even though my old address is still in the system. This new order was placed and financed, with my new address in mind so it will FOR sure be sent to my new address. Now that i am waiting for my phone , i get word that my phone is not able to be delivered AT ALL because i do not have internet with spectrum and the old address is still tied to my old internet account. What that has to do with my mobile phones? Have no idea. I am now out of a phone and out of 127 dollars. Worst experience ever. Liberally.
