(Lengthy, but informational) Horrible Experience. Created a boat party for my family and myself to end the summer relaxed, let’s just it was the complete opposite. Firstly, the weather was cold,(not a problem) but the seats were extremely wet. We all got up wet as if someone spilled something on our seats. We ended our 4 hour trip almost 45 minutes early. The soaking wet seats became unbearable. Another thing was, the boat cover was wet and broken. It was actually covered with duct tape. Upon our return, I let the boy know the issues we had and whom I would be able to speak too, he asked my family if we broke it or hit anything. It was raggedy before we departed, like the other 2 boats. They only had 3 pontoons and we got the “best one”. Captain seat was torn to shreds, the flood carpet were coming up. I’m sure the other ratings came from the owners friends and family. Do yourself a favorite and rent with other pontoon places. We saw really nice ones on the water with really up to date boats. We booked a private charter for our company’s 25th anniversary party with Edelweiss Cruises. The boat left and returned on time, was clean and tasteful, and the staff was courteous and professional. Lindsay and the entire crew were especially great to work with. They truly made our event special. During the planning stage, Lindsay was prompt to answer any questions we had and was helpful in pointing out things we needed to consider when planning an event on a cruise. She made sure everything we needed was available to make our event successful.
