I'd gotten tickets for me and my boyfriend as a Christmas gift to him, and Paul was super helpful in helping me plan for the tour and promptly answering the questions I had beforehand. On the tour, we got to enjoy tasty beer at a few really cool spots, and Paul made it an even better time with beer trivia, fun quizzes and knowledge history.
