Intimate theater is so different from full stage productions. Seeing Million Dollar Quartet in this venue was perfect, from the sound to the seating. This is a big energy show and the music and performances filled the theater and allowed us to fully immerse in the storyline. This was the last night of this production so we were allowed to take photos after the program, when the cast and director took questions from the audience. This was a nice way to hear from the actors themselves and also share the audience's feedback on the production. And the review is GREAT! The ticket pricing is appropriate, parking is readily available in the area and restaurants are plentiful in the theater district. The choice of MDQ in this intimate setting was brilliant. Not all shows can be done well in this setting but this program was spectacular and we left feeling fully entertained. There are no bad seats. We were in the balcony and it made for full view of the stage and all the activities. The main floor does the same. There is an elevator for accessibility. The photos were taken with permission.

Went to Wilson Theater for a production of Romeo and Juliet, put on by the Milwaukee Repertory theater, and it was excellent! A few things to note: There will be lines for the bathroom. Just the way it is. There is a bubbler/water fountain, but it’s on the first floor before you go up the stairs for some reason. Also for some reason, we got shown to the wrong row, and that caused some confusion—but it was quickly resolved. Seats were great, bar seemed good, service was good, free street parking after 6 PM, and an amazing show from talented actors!

Very nice venue. Small and intimate. Seating was comfortable and stage was easy to see from all angles. Staff was friendly and helpful. Venue was decorated well for Christmas! We saw Black Nativity, which was excellent!! I highly recommend... Parking was a little challenging, but not too far away. Be prepared to pay for parking. Also need to show your Covid vaccine and masks are required for entry...

When a wonderful rendition of the Nativity with an Afro-centric slant. We were seated next to a white couple who we think sponsored the two African American boys with them. It was easy to see how as excited we became with the performance there was an equal-to or greater response from the four of them. The individual performances were excellent. Wife stated that, "I didn't know that kind of talent existed in Milwaukee. Some of them are going to New York." I got the impression she was referring to the entire cast. She is very hard to please at times, just not this time. The next day we talked about how refreshing the whole experience was. The due diligence initiated at the door regarding masking brought comfort to us. Wonderful music and...
