As an accomplished musician and record producer I have specific needs for my main computer system. When my old battle axe of a CPU went down and was deemed irreparable Greg and Complete Computer Systems were recommended to me. I am completely pleased with how this process went. I'll start by saying communication was as easy as I've had it dealing with computer professionals, Greg promptly answered emails, texts and calls and always got back to me when he said he would through the entire process. Greg was very attentive to my situation and listened to my system needs, priced out multiple systems for me to choose from, offered advice on systems but also allowed me the elbow room to come to my own decision, and most importantly focused on the features I needed without upselling or attempting to sell me things I did not need. If you've ever had to purchase performance minded or specialized CPUs you understand how valuable a service that is. I was in a jam. My older computer went down for the count (11 years old, no surprise). I scrambled to get a useable older machine running Windows XP so I could swap out hard drives. No box store had such a product. Well Greg (lifesaver to say the least) came through after work hours! He gave me a firm price over the phone, and met me in the rain!! I offered over his asking price and he denied more money!! The computer was everything he said it was and booted up right away.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Greg. I contacted this company specifically because the reviews were stellar. The reviews could not have prepared me! I had a laptop that I should have taken in when it was first having issues (be warned, he'll kindly tell you to bring it in when it should be brought in (early!) Greg was not only very knowledgeable, but he was also authentic, hilarious and endearing. And on top of that, while we chatted for 45 minutes, he fixed my computer that I was thinking going to have to be replaced entirely. And didn't CHARGE me for it!
