Went to the store in The Commons in Destin. It was close to closing time which we didn’t know. We are used to 9 pm for stores in Texas. Two employees did not look up from their phones or greet any of the customers that came in. As soon as 8pm hit they told all the customers to leave. Most stores would let their customers know hey it is closing time and you need to bring any purchases up front. That wasn’t even offered. It was you need to leave. There were around 8-12 people in the store at the time. We were looking for a black jacket which my husband found and it was 229 dollars. We left without it. I want to support your business but the way we were ushered out and how we were treated while we were there makes me never want to come back. I spent $160 here yesterday on shirts and a hat. I went back today to exchange 2 shirts for larger size. The clerk was soooooo RUDE asking me if I had my receipt and were the tags on them which they were. It was just her attitude the whole time. She didn’t want to exchange them and very nastily said they smell like oil like they’ve been in McDonald’s. The shirts had been in my bedroom in the bag so I don’t know what she was smelling !! When I was down in Destin for vacation, I was able to stop here and get a pair of swim shorts and an awesome pimp shrimp shirt. I didn’t expect to find such good styles, especially since the one in Tuscaloosa shut down. I’m from Birmingham so the only store that was close to me was in Tuscaloosa. I was very surprised to see this place in Destin And will be back on my next trip down.
