$15 for self wash dog wash seemed a little pricey but when you’re the only option within a 200 mile radius, you get what you get. Good high end food selection but again, pricey. The major reason I’m not giving 5 stars was the staff. When showing us the self pet wash area she was very direct in that we can’t get the floors wet and that it’s a requirement that we restrain our dog while washing. I’ve literally never restrained my dog during a wash, he’s trained and knows not to jump out but even after mentioning that we don’t need the necklace, the employee insisted it MUST be worn. I also thought it was pretty lazy to say that we couldn’t get the floors wet...when it’s a wash room... I’ve been to more self wash dog places than I can count and none of them have tried to limit the shampoo used, told me not to get the floors wet, and put requirements around how I wash my dog. The whole thing seemed like they offered the service, but didn’t really want to offer the service, hence the running...
Read moreThis was a great place to take my pooch and wash off the red dirt she had accumulated on our hikes. When I got there, I was greeted by a couple of employees who obviously love dogs. one asked if she could give my puppy a treat. I was able to talk to another lady about how to go about trying to groom my puppy myself for when i get home. as I have never done it before,, she gave me some good tips on what to do and equipment to use without pressuring me to buy any of the equipment there. Afterwards, we were taken back to the bathing room where they have a walk in bath and a raised bath for those who don't want to kill their back while washing their dog. she showed me how everything worked, got me all the supplies I would need (towels, dog shampoo and conditioner, ear cleaner, cotton balls, brushes and combs, and a dryer). after I was done, I bought a treat and toy for my pooch and went back to the hotel with...
Read moreWe were on vacation in Moab. Our German Shepherd got so dirty while we were camping and I was so glad to find this place where she could have a bath before the long car ride home. The staff was so friendly. The self-serve dog wash is one of the best I've been too. They truly care about your pets. They had shampoo and conditioner and even tear free shampoo for the face. There was ear cleaner, a blow dryer (no heat), towels, and a variety of brushes. She left that place super clean and ready for the trip home and I left very happy. I wish this place was available at home. It's so convenient and they take care of everything afterwards. I'll definitely be back when we're in the area again. They also have antler chews that are very decently priced. You should check...
