The Mobile, Alabama cruise terminal experience can be somewhat chaotic. The staff, although present to assist and guide visitors through the complex layout, often seem to overlook that many guests are navigating this facility for the first time and do not visit weekly. Read moreWe had to get in line only to be told to drive back around to get in line again 3 X over a two-hour span. The second time around I could tell something was wrong with my car so I asked a police officer if I could just pull over out of the way since they were supposedly going to let us in in just five more minutes.. He said it was not his problem and I needed to go. So my car broke down completely the third time around while in line. Not the terminals fault, but the police officer was definitely a jerk. There is a lot of security when you first arrive but they are all friendly. Dress cute because they take your picture before you get...
