April 25th, 2023 between 630-715pm I am going to start by saying I was a loyal customer, but after today... I am NEVER COMING BACK. I was extremely cold, so I craved a warm tea. Online it said it was closed, but the doors were open, so I stopped by. An employee seemed to be wiping the counter, so I asked: I am sorry is it open? He rudely said as he walked away, "the door is open!" He went to the back room and sat down. There was another employee making some coffees. I stood there by the register waiting for a while as the rude employee watched from the back. The nice employee took some coffees to the back and came and apologized for the wait. I asked for my tea and a coffee. The rude employee got up and came back to prep the coffee. I left my service dog by the register when I asked for a chocolate. So I apologized to my dog playfully. At this point the rude employee turns around and pretty much is laughing at me (in a rude manner) nodding his head and mumbling under his breath (who knows what). I have never ever been treated with this disrespect. I don't even know why he had a problem with me from the moment I walked in. I was in no shape or form mean. His rude demeanor was unacceptable. Are you sure you are a coffee house too or just a candy store? You can be both, but you have to be able to offer better coffee experience. We ordered two lattes and both coffee was a big fail. The peppermint bark mocha didn't even taste like what it should. The flavors were over powering and the consistency was not good at all. Both coffees were just warm. We did tell her that coffee was just warm. Instead of remaking both coffees, she decided to use the steamer to heat it up. The barista wasn't using a thermometer and was using her hands to gauge the heat. For the price of the coffee, unfortunately, this place is...

I dont think I'll ever get used to these California prices. This place was pretty cool though. Got some salt water taffy (on sale for buy 1 lb get 1/2 pound free) and they had sugar free taffy! Some classic stuff like candy cigarettes and harry potter stuff too. They even had milk chocolate games like candy land and scrabble which is awesome! Great place to shop, just if you are financially challenged like I am then check the prices on everything. (btw everything is properly labeled...
