Bianca greeted me immediately upon entering, was very kind and had a fantastic demeanor. I explained to her what I was interested in, and she walked me through the options, gave me ample time without rushing or being pushy, and even let me relax on my own for about 15 minutes to try out the furniture I was interested in. She was one of the best sales reps I have interacted with in a long time.
The building seemed very clean, as was the furniture, surprisingly. If youâre interested in trying out some of their higher end office chairs, you wonât be disappointed.
I was originally unsure if I was going to make the purchase at that moment, so Bianca kindly wrote up a few quotes on products I was interested in and emailed them to me. On the drive home, I made my mind, and purchased through the link with no issues.
The product showed up 3 business days later in perfect condition. I should add that the sales reps are able to give you an idea of when the product will ship, because they can view current warehouse stock. If you need a product ASAP, they will be able to tell you which specs you should be going for.

It was also explained to us that we recieved 44 percent off the chairs because they were located in their warehouse. I received an email on July 19th stating the earliest delivery dates were 27, 28 and 29. I chose the 27th. Fast forward to today, they CALLED not emailed my partner to say the earliest date was August 1st. I am extremely upset that it is taking over 3 weeks to get two small chairs that cost over 4 thousand dollars. I simply purchased to support our local community but DO KNOW the quality and the value is definitely not worth it. We had one items (that was very expensive) that was supposed to be white glove delivery but was just left in a public space by an elevator. We were just lucky we found it before someone else did. Another item was a month late and we got a text message telling us it would be delivered the next day...but of course, it didn't show up and we received no communication regarding this until we called them asking about it.
