Very unresponsive to attempts at contact above the local level. On the ground employees are great and communicate well! Things that cannot be solved at the ground level move slowly. We have been at 2 state parks within the last last year where wifi is down and their IT support cannot give a time frame for it to be corrected. Working remotely as a full-time RVer, the advertisement that wifi is available plays a large part in the choice to give our money to the state parks. It plays a part for many who are doing this and who read reviews like this to make their plans.
If this is not going to be a consistent amenity or addressed expeditiously, the rates should be adjusted accordingly or reduce the state labor force accordingly and contract out the service to a company more...

After walking through the park I sat on one of the short walls that backs the Tennessee Amphitheater. Before long I noticed a ranger coming my way, from a distance. Somehow I knew he was coming to me although he snuck around behind me. He walked up and told me we cannot have anyone sitting on the wall, for safety reasons. He made me get down. So, beware the ranger whose job it is to police wall-sitting at this park. If you sit on one of the walls, he will bravely come and make you move. And why shouldn't he? This is a police state.
