This is a very popular tourist spots since you can get great photos of the Empire State Building from here. It's right in between 34th Street, which has all of the trains and so many shops and 32nd Street's Korea Town "K-Town". Unfortunately, there are lot of homeless who make their beds in front of a lot of the boarded up, closed shops. The rents must be ridiculously high as more and more stores are shutting down.
