I’m giving a 2-star review to raise a concern regarding my recent experience at your Hudson Yards, New York store.
I visited the store to return a cotton t-shirt I purchased in-store. The item still had the tags attached, had only been tried on once, and I brought the original receipt. However, the staff member assisting me—who introduced themself as Gabby or Gabi and claimed to be the store owner—was immediately dismissive, impatient, and unprofessional throughout the interaction.
From the moment I approached with the item, I was met with eye-rolling and a judgmental tone that made the entire experience feel uncomfortable and disrespectful. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the quality of the shirt—specifically, how sheer and transparent it is even when worn with a bra—I was told, dismissively, that it was "designed to be transparent." This statement contradicts the expectations of a seamless cotton t-shirt and does not justify the lack of opacity. Furthermore, they questioned the validity of my return by making comments about the color and quality in a way that felt both condescending and evasive.

Read moreI’ll NEVER EVER return to this store !!! Placed an order in store during their black Friday sale. The order was placed for in store pickup, after about a week of not receiving any notification pertaining to the order , I decided to go back to the store to get some kind of update on my order.. I went to the front desk to explain to the girls that I’m checking to see if my order is ready for pick up… what ensued was 3 days of me having to go back and forth to the store and feeling like a criminal as if my purchase wasn’t legitimate .. the mangers and employees gossiping to the side and looking at me as if I’m a thief !! The manager wanting to argue with me about who I spoke to previously from who I didn’t speak to! All of this just for them to tell me that my order couldn’t be fulfilled because what I order was sold out!!! An absolute JOKE !! Those managers names are Kaitlyn and Zoey !! The worst managers I’ve ever had the displeasure of communicating with I will never return or spend a penny of my hard earned money...
Read moreWhoever is responsible for training the cashiers, please don’t make them trick people into giving up their personal information like name/last name and the phone number by saying that it is needed in case of a return. When the person at the register asked me my phone number, I specifically said I don’t have it on file, I’m fine. Then I was told that it is needed for the returns. I asked, why can’t I just have a printed copy of the receipt? sales person replied that I will get a receipt but the phone number is also needed. I was not in the mood to continue this back and forth so I gave my phone number, but after that turned out my name and last name is also needed..
In the end, I blame myself for providing the information.. but honestly.. shopping for clothes experience should not be like this.. person responsible for check out should be clear that providing personal information is optional, especially after a customer clearly stated that they are not comfortable with...
