Hello! I never leave bad reviews because I think people always need a second chance, but it is the second time losing money purchasing from this company, and the customer service is terrible, unprofessional, and scammers. They never tell you about the products when they will be shipped, never call back or answer any emails or messages. They answered to me when I asked for my refund at my PayPal and sent me expired products, that is the worse part, expired and she put another label to one of the products telling another date that will expire in 2025, but as in the pctures I attached the product is all dried. Please be aware of what you purchase here. I live purebeau products, I've bought them always in Europe, but unfortunately, the only company that sells them here is this horrible one.
