I had an absolutely fantastic massage experience here! I originally booked a 60-minute session, but about 30 minutes in, I was enjoying it so much that I decided to extend it to a 90-minute Thai combination massage—and I’m so glad I did. The massage was simply incredible, expertly blending techniques that worked out all the tension in my body while leaving me in a state of total relaxation. It honestly felt like I was being transported to heaven with every stretch and movement.

The therapist was highly skilled, attentive to my needs, and adjusted the pressure perfectly throughout the session. I could feel the stress and fatigue just melting away. By the time it was over, I felt completely re-energized, refreshed, and at peace both physically and mentally.

The atmosphere was serene and calming, with a clean, well-maintained space that added to the overall sense of tranquility. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

I haven’t written many reviews generally but my experience here was so bad that I had to write one in this case. I am truly surprised at the terrible customer service considering the positive reviews. I called to book a massage and spoke to the manager / owner on the phone; she asked me and my husband to come at 8:45. We came at 8:45 and she sent me a text if 9pm was okay - I responded and said it was fine. The masseuse then came out and said that she can’t take any of us. I explained to her that we took a 30 minute train ride to be there and also confirmed our appointment on the phone beforehand. She said that the manager / owner was just confirming appointments without being aware of any masseuse’s schedule. I ultimately had to go back home - I wasted at least 1 hour of my time. Before I left, the front desk asked me to call for a refund and I had to insist that the manager / owner take care of that. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am...

I just had such a great massage at Bodywork by Siam Retreat NYC! As soon as I walked in, I noticed how nice and peaceful the place felt. It smells really good and everything is super clean, which made me feel relaxed right away.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They explained all the different massage options and even helped me pick what would be best for me. I chose the 2-hour Thai Herbal Massage, and honestly, it was amazing. All my stress just disappeared, and the herbal compresses smelled so good. I left feeling totally refreshed.

After the massage, they even gave me homemade hot tea and a pineapple cookie! The cookie and tea were so delicious—I seriously could have eaten a whole box. That was such a nice surprise and made the whole experience even better.
