My experience with Bounce was pretty great, All things considered. They were very prompt with cancelling a storage I had setup with a business who wasnโt open despite them having posted hours implying they would be open. That being said I do not recommend the 29th st UPS store in Manhattan. Luckily I was able to store my bag with a business just a couple blocks away and had no issue. Honestly my main issue with logistics during this trip was trying to find out where I would be putting my bags before and after I checked into the hotel. I consider this an excellent service and was happy with their speed of service through the adversity I faced. 10/10....

After walking past the store a few times I asked a nearby business and they directed me to the souvenir shop next door. Poor customer service, the employee/owner behavior when it comes to their customers is on par with a business that treats its customers poorly. I have no clue why they are rated what they are, at best it is a 2-3 star experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they enjoy being treated with disdain.
