Around 100 people in the waiting line but only 2 cashiers on weekends. Some products in the waiting line are destroyed. That make sense because people have been lost their patience when wait more than 1 hours while carry so much items even with so much kids. What’s more, many people just left the queue with disappointed faces. I can see there reported some bad reviews about the issue of few cashiers in the past 3 months. I can not believe that in the past 3 months, such a famous company does not have enough ability for hiring and training new employees in this area of dense population. How do they get revenue with the slow speed check out with high store rent? How do they lower their depreciation to reduce the maintenance? How do their top level leaders design their business strategy? They may just simply think Long Line equals Attraction? Poor 2 cashiers. Hope they have time to use restroom and drink some water. No recommendations this store and...
Read moreI bought a suitcase from burlington to put my stuff that I was leaving here at my friends place before leaving New York. But on my way to his home hardly 10 minutes of walk, in which two of the tires broke. I was unable to return the suitcase on that day cuz i had to catch the plane in next few hours. And you never expect a behavior like this from these large retailers. When i got back to New York on the very first week i went there and me being out of the country was about 3 months. But there i had two ruthless representatives who were their as seniors. They were not only rude with me but also when the first time she heard about the return and that I don’t have the recipt that burlington had issued she started shouting on the cashier over who was dealing me and told her (no returns, no returns) They humiliated me a lot on that day and a child could also tell from seeing outside that the suitcase is new and 2 years of warranty...

Burlington is this how you train your supervisors and loss prevent people, I will never return to this location again, and I hope you store manager sees this review, I'll be reporting this store...
