Complete waste of time, ruined my confidence for an event, my time and my afternoon. I booked an updo as I had an event at 5pm. Booked for 2pm was confirmed the night before. I left work early so that I could make this appointment. I had an absolutely amazing experience here. Effie worked a miracle on my hair! I wasn't happy with my color from a previous appointment at another hair salon, and he understood exactly what I wanted and exactly how to execute it. He is someone who knows what he is doing. Everyone in the salon was unbelievably friendly, so not only did I get a fantastic color and haircut, but I walked away with my awesome blow-out, just feeling very happy and positive.
