Eros Flowers NYC — Local services in New York

I've only ever written reviews for 1-2 places in my life, but I had such a wonderful experience with Eros Flowers that I had to! The man who runs the shop (apologies, don't recall his name), was so accommodating and helpful. I went into the store to pick up some individual stems to put together arrangements for a bridal shower myself (I am NOT a professional, this was just a better option for this event). The man at the store assisted me in choosing flowers that would work best for the size vases I had. The flowers I had to choose from were STUNNING. I have truly never seen more unique and beautiful hydrangeas. I went in on Thursday to select flowers for the Saturday morning shower. The man insisted that I leave the flowers behind to pick up on Friday so that they could be stored properly in his flower fridge which I greatly appreciated. It is so obvious he not only cares about the flowers but also that his customers have the absolute best experience with the flowers from his shop. He packaged the flowers perfectly when I went to pick them up so that they would not be damaged or wilt in transit. Dennis provided florals for our NYC wedding and all I can say is, hire him. We worked with so many different vendors for our wedding and most were hard to reach or slow to answer. Dennis was extremely reliable for the entire 1 year process. He always emailed or text back immediately. He created examples of our center pieces to show us before the wedding and took the time to walk us through every detail. I was looking to get a bouquet last-minute—it was ready in 20 minutes! When plans changed, however, he went above and beyond to accommodate and was super communicative.
