I usually don't like to write bad reviews, but this time I will. This place is a rip off which iadvertised to be a good deal!!! I came in with Groupon purchased yesterday. I bought 40 set lashes for 31$ , lady on the phone told me that it will be additional tax -3$ (which is normal) and fee -6$ (which is for nothing) . The total is 40$ for set of 40 lashes. I came in and lady offered me to get more lashes for additional 15$, I declined. Then, she suddenly noticed that I have one left over lash on right eye and like 2/3 on left eye. Right the way she told me I would be charged additional 20$ for removing it. I asked her "removing of what? 4 lashes and for 20$???? " They then offered me 10% off. So let's calculate: 40$ for Groupon, 20$ to remove 4/5 lashes and tips. This poor looking 40 lashes would run me like 70-80$, are they serious? They try to charge you as much as they can for OK job. Do yourself a favor, go to nearby places where they charge 55$ for set of 80 and place at least has some privacy. I have never experienced this kind of service where people try to rip you off. I left place and refunded my Groupon. I'm very upset with them and I will be going back to place I went before, even though they a...
Read moreI bought a Groupon to get my lashes done before a friend's bach trip. The last time I had gotten them done was pre-Covid, so I was a tad nervous but was put at ease once I arrived. They take your temperature, have you use hand sanitizer, disinfect your shoes, and of course everyone is wearing a mask. Obviously it's not as safe as staying home and not doing your lashes, but at least that helped give me peace of mind.
The deal was for 110 mink eyelashes. I got 13s, C curl and a mix of sexy/cute. I thought that was nice because this was the first time I've been to a place that lets you mix different styles. I liked the way they same out and my technician was very meticulous about them. However, about a week later, they started irritating my eyes so I ended up removing them myself (with an oil-based remover). I don't think it's anything they did - I just think that maybe as I get older, my eyes are started to react negatively to the glue. But I'm glad they at least held out (with no irritation) during the bach so at least I didn't have to deal with it then.
I will say though - if you don't have any glue allergies, I would recommend EyeLoveLash
Note - there is a $17 tax on top...
Read moreStay away!!! I wouldn’t suggest anyone going here. I saw them on Groupon and decided to make an appointment. However before I did, I called. And I was told, they will honor the Groupon price. But before I could make an appointment I had to make a deposit to secure my appointment which was $20.90. I paid but as soon as I get there I was told I had to pay for the milk lashes, which btw was included in the Groupon, then I was told I had to pay the automatic $14 tip, and on top of that the lashes wasn’t $65 but $75. Keep in mind I asked for $110 pieces. I ask if they would be full and they told me that in order for fullness that I wanted it would be $20 more. So I said okay give me 125 pieces. Which totaled me up to $99. Not included that. I made the deposit already. Which I ask was that included and the women said yes. When my service was over I woke up to my lashes not even full it look like 80 pieces. And I knew the lash tech rushed because when another women came for her appointment the receptionist came in and told her someone else was there. This place is a scam. And I wouldn’t suggest...
