The first time I made an appointment at Nail Fairy was for my birthday. I had some across their page on social media months before, and knew I wanted to try them out. I spent hours looking at the designs on their page, and all of the nail artists are talented in their own ways - you can really tell from the posts! While trying to get a good idea of whose style might match up best with what I like - I came across Lilia's designs, and decided to book with her. She is amazing! So patient, and has a clear focus when doing her thing. If you're looking for a full blown conversation wit your nail artist as they're working - that is not what you are going to get with her - but she communicates everything she needs to communicate and is very receptive to anything you want to discuss about the service (color recs, style recs, etc.) this might not be everyone's vibe but it's definitely mine, and I am happy to watch whatever they are streaming on the tv that day as she does her beautiful work! Edit: After reading the reply made by management, Nail Fairy blocked me on Instagram and texted me personally yesterday gaslighting me, trying to convince me that what happened never happened. Unprofessionalism at it’s absolute finest!

Used to absolutely love coming here. I was a loyal client for years before the salon even existed until I got my first ever greenie. A greenie happens and it’s not the biggest deal, but what really disappointed me was the way it was handled. I was told to do my regular gel manicure over it and if it got worse, to remove the product. I disagreed entirely and asked to have my nails cut short and all product removed. As I was getting the product removed, my tech told me that she thought the owner was upset with me. This absolutely infuriated me, because I’m the one who got the greenie. On Wednesday, I had a fantastic manicure experience at Nail Fairy Beauty Studio. My nail artist, Lilly, was exceptionally talented and artistic. In celebration of my country’s New Year holiday, I requested traditional ornaments on my nails, and despite their small size, she painted them with remarkable precision and detail. Her work was not only beautifully intricate but also impeccably clean and precise.

Beyond the manicure itself, the overall customer service was outstanding. I enjoyed a cup of coffee while relaxing in the welcoming atmosphere. The manager, Ilona, greeted me warmly upon arrival and went above and beyond by capturing photos and videos of my manicure for my social media. Her hospitality added to the experience, making my visit even more enjoyable.
