I read the bad reviews, but I went ahead with my purchase. In the store the couch looked VERY LIGHT GREY color. I even asked Charlie, is this grey, does it come in grey. He said yes, but its a special order will take 8 wks. I was in no rush. I said okay. When i went back to place the order, he said the set was in stock & I just knew I was getting grey. Received merchandise & its a BONE color. BEWARE of lighting in stores when looking at furniture. He deceived me just to make a sale. & when I called to explain discrepancy in color he tells me I got exactly what I saw. It may be, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE GREY COLOR that my heart was set on. Very very poor customer service. Called in to discuss problem with product. Salesman immediately got defensive and very rude. Wardrobe I purchased was delivered about six months ago, which is not a long time for a piece of furniture, which usually lasts years. Also I hardly open and close it so wear and tear is not an issue. It was not properly put together. I only noticed the missing screws when the door started falling off. He offered no solution. Was very obnoxious on the phone. Even said he is not a ‘yes man’ when I mentioned the lack of concern on his path. I would never ever shop there again, and would definitely not recommend...

After buying a bed/sofa from this furniture store, a piece broke off that allowed the sofa to recline into a bed. We bought it with the purpose to use it as a bed and a sofa. They said they would send someone to fix it but the piece they brought did not fit & they said they no longer make that model. Long story short, we received a defected sofa from day 1 & after reaching out to the owner & even 311. The owners response was for us to give more money & he’ll leave us one of the other sofa/beds for a lower price. I would not recommend this place as I felt a lot of dishonesty & there is no transparency in the furniture...
