I love Ganni the brand and their clothes but customer service is definitely not their cup of tea.
I bought a pair of 400 dollar shoes at their store in Williamsburg but ended up wanting to exchange them at this Soho location. They informed me the shoe was non-returnable because I had been given 10 percent off. I asked for an exchange, and they said I would have to return to the original store of purchase to exchange it even though I specifically went out of my way to go to the Soho location (I don't live near either store).
They were unapologetic and unwilling to accommodate. When I finally went to the Williamsburg store the next day to exchange, they gave me the cold shoulder and acted really tense towards me.
This should not be how someone is treated after I spent about 600 bucks at their store during my initial visit. If someone wants to exchange or return something they should not be treated like this. I'm a loyal Ganni fan but they've lost...

I was in the store to look at a leather tote I had seen online, as I want a new one for work. The tote was a nice leather tote around $300. It was clear what kind of product I was looking for. The bag didn't work out because the straps weren't long enough and I wanted to be able to wear it crossbody. The employee said, "I am not supposed to do this, but have you tried BAGGU." I was pretty sure I knew what kind of bags BAGGU sold but I thought maybe I was mistaken since she was sending me there. So I went over to BAGGU and it was of course a bunch of gross mom bags with ugly patterns. Read moreMy card was used fraudulently to make a purchase from Ganni. For 2 days I have been unable to reach anyone at customer support, and I have sent many emails to no response from Ganni. I am on complete disability for Pancreatic cancer, a massive heart attack, and juvenile diabetes; so the money stolen from me is quite important to my survival. The only person with the company I am able to reach is at the NY location. Brandon, who is the assistant manager at the NY location, refused to help me reach anyone else who could assist me; he repeatedly directed me to a number that rings once and goes to a voicemail message incapable of receiving messages.
