I read so many good reviews up here but I couldn't believe how bad the service I got last night. Honestly people, if you're only looking for a regular relaxing massage, then don't come here. It's a waste of money. First, they have the menu on the wall (also on their website) for different types of massage. I asked the lady upfront when I paid (we had to pay first) if I could choose the type of massage, she told me just go to the room and the masseuses would explain to me. Then when I laid down I asked the masseuse the same question and she said "don't worry they're all the same". What????? Second. We started our session later than 8:20, but they were done and left the room at 9:05. We didn't know that it finished until I came out and asked. We paid for 1 hour service, and got less than 45 minutes???? What??? Third. They barely know English. My masseuse could speak a little English, but the one with my husband didn't at all. My husband kept telling her to be more gentle but seem like she didn't understand. He didn't feel relaxed at all because the lady put too much pressure, but she didn't communicate with him, didn't ask if he was ok, and even when he told her to go softer many times she didn't understand. Now he has backache because of the massage. It's the first time I heard that a normal person came to a massage place and left with pain in his back and shoulders. All in all, my masseuse was ok, but I was upset at the timing and the false advertisement. My husband didn't like his massage at all. We both think it's a waste of money to come here. Bad experience on my last time there. I canceled my massage 25 min in because the massage was terrible but was told I still had to pay the full hr . I use to be a regular here ill never go back. ( to you're response. Ask the lady with glasses that works the front desk . I always call to reserve certain therapist I called for cici and they said yes she will be available. I came in and she told me cici isn't available that alone is unprofessional. Then she sent someone else to massage me which was the worst massage I ever got at you're establishment. I got off the table with in 25 min and your front desk lady still told me I had to pay 100 it didnt matter it was only 25 min . Im a customer that came there minimum...

Garden Retreat is amazingly consistent for their high quality massage even over all of these years. I wish I had time to go every week!

I've been to Garden Retreat a few times and the massage is always great. The masseuses are attractive and friendly and I've never been disappointed with the quality and consistency of the service.

The facilities are clean and comfortable. There are real sheets on the massage tables that are always fresh and ironed.

I like the fact that they manage the locker room carefully so I didn't have to share it with guys I didn't know. It is a very well run place.
