I appreciate the Wellington Physical Therapy group that works as a team on each client. When I get treated with Acupuncturist , Lillian, she is amazing with her skills and her anointed hands and expertise allows the body to reconnect with oneself allowing them to heal their body on the challenges they may have or need treatment on. Lillian highly respects her clients assuring she gives the most and best Advice in order to heal properly rather than taking short cuts that will or can hurt you in the long run. She will take her time to listen and understand your situation and she begins to work on her technique and believe me you would feel amazing when finished. I was treated for Allergies, Inhaler, and the loss of my voice and with her treatment it took 1 or 2 times to see the greatness of her gift and within time I was able to speak. When I was coughing mucus it was very hard to bring up. she had laid me on my stomach and began a treatment of cupping on my back, then immediately I began coughing it all up. So I come to this place because the treatment and respect I get is Amazing and I would tell you and many more to come and see for yourself. You have nothing to lose, but a lot to gain with a piece of mind that you would be treated well and educated, let them know if you're on Medications and they will try to help you minimize medications and that's their...
Read more1 star was lowest. I have been going to be this place for a long time. The front desk was manned today by a new person I have not seen before. There was an African American client wanting to be seen and he said he has been there before and just wants his insurance verified. Sarah, the new person kept yelling at him. The man was not deaf. He was very well mannered because he did not yell back. She yelled at him over and over again and with so much hatred and anger that was not warranted. I have been in the US since 1987 and this is my first experience of prejudice and racism directed at a black person by an Asian. I have no complaints about the rest of the staff. Elaine and Vicky, the regular front desk staff are very respectful and soft spoken. The acupuncturist, massage therapist & physical therapists are all wonderful, pleasant, and knowledgeable as to how to treat my ailments. That person Sarah should not be working in a place that accepts people from all cultures, ages, religions, etc. I have a feeling that this person will mess up my appointments on purpose to get back at me. She should not be there. I am going to find out who or what other agency I can file a complaint to with regards to the prejudice and racism of...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this physical therapy center for over ten years now, and every time I arrive—even before I step upstairs—I already feel a sense of warmth and relaxation.
From the lovely young women at the front desk to the skilled therapists who’ve taken care of me over the years, this place has always felt like more than just a clinic. Whether it was Jennie, May, Jack, or the ever-professional Ian, every single therapist I’ve worked with has brought not only expertise but also genuine kindness and care.
What I receive here isn’t just physical healing—there’s an emotional comfort too, a quiet kind of support that goes beyond muscles and joints. I’ve gone through many seasons of life with this team, and they’ve always been here like a steady rhythm in the background.
I wholeheartedly recommend this center to anyone who’s looking not just for treatment, but for true care. It’s rare to find such a consistent and compassionate place in the city, and I’m truly grateful for it.
P.S. The lovely young lady at the front desk insisted—“I’m not a young woman, I’m a young lady!” That made my day. Still...
