HORRIBLE experience I would NEVER come back here. I left this massage way more tense and in pain than when I came in. 5 different times throughout the massage I verbally said “OW” or “that hurts” (this was some of the worse pain I’ve honestly ever felt, he was digging his elbow into my shoulder blade and lower back on the bone so hard) to which my masseuse LAUGHED in response each time and changed nothing. The whole massage felt rushed, choppy and aggressive in movement. If I wasn’t such a people pleaser I would have left 15 minutes into the massage (and I should have). Look at the photo to see the bruises he left on my shoulder the day after my massage. I get deep tissue massages a lot and have NEVER been bruised like this. My masseuse also left the room multiple times during the massage, as it seemed he was the only one working. After this nightmare massage, the masseuse demanded a bigger tip and said it’s required and that there is a minimum tip amount based on how long your massage is!!! - even though that is not posted anywhere. Nancy manager or owner comes out to the door to silence me from being loud and assure me only a few minutes wait til my turn. I was being loud a bit.

What a wonderful place. It's better than renew and the other one. This small family run business has 4 tables only. It's not one of those tourist spot as it's prefer to get an appointment ahead. She kept telling us when we about to leave. This place feels a bit humid at first but you will settle in and enjoy the best massage NYC has to offer.

The guy worked on me is amazing. He found spot I don't even know existed and hurt in such a good way. If you sit a lot for work, he's your man. My fiance who just ran marathon is officially saved by Nancy. She almost cried with all the spot Nancy healed.

Again this spot is small. It's only for those who only massage done by professional. Definitely not by one random hire.

My go to place. Came in and was promptly attended to along with my girlfriend. Had a 30 min massage felt like a noodle after. Massage took care of my entire body from head to toe. When they started they asked about the intensity which I had the opportunity to ask for less but I liked it. Have had massages in resorts and other locations where they didn’t focus on the body or provide as much service.
