2 years+ Long-term resident and this review will be posted as so One subtraction of star for each amenities that is lost of was not available due to poor management of contractors, unavailable parts, etc

1 star lost- for the long duration of inactivity or one elevator out of 3 leaving only 2 elevators for at least 3 weeks. Google maps say 10 minute commute? Double that as you wait for the elevator stopping at each floor in this 38 floor buildings. In addition, as you wait downstairs during rush hour coming home, prepare to wait for 3 elevators while people pile in causing more breakdown of the elevators. IF YOU LIVE HERE, PREPARE FOR elevator to break down

1 star lost- construction with laundry room was consistently pushed back for up to 1.5 months past the date it was suppose to be done. Goes from 30+ laundry to only 6+, so makes competing for laundry time very difficult as everyone usually do laundry on the same days. Be prepared for management to say they are going to fix something and for the date that it is due to be pushed back to another date and so on and on and on

1 star lost- Water heater, boiler. oh my gosh~ if you ever live here, be prepared to take cold showers during peak hours such as AM rush and PM wind-down. You know what's interesting, i just think they don't have an up-to-date boiler and not enough residents are pushing for the management to escalate the boiler issue. I mean if you like cold showers then by all means this is the place for you. However, if you want hot water with the price you will be paying then perhaps avoid this place?

Overall, the maintenance crew, front desk, and Flora are absolutely amazing but the management company are who makes the call who fixes these water boilers, elevators, constructions done on site. Management are consistently showing a poor demonstration of leadership and MANAGEMENT.

Be prepared to pay high prices for subpar services in this building especially when you live in this modern day age metropolitan. You should be looking for a place that is rightfully charging you appropriately for the services that are...

STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU NEVER LIVE HERE. If I could give 0 stars I would. The entire building has lost hot water multiple times. Of the three elevators, 2 will be working AT MOST most days and you will regularly have to wait 20+ minutes to,get down to the lobby from your floor because of this. The gas in the entire building has been out for almost TWO entire months now, so nobody can use their stove or oven and the entire laundry room is out of commission too since the dryers run on gas. Management claims they gave everyone hot plates to deal with the lack of gas but the plates do not get hot enough to boil a pot of water, cannot fit more than a single large pan, and break constantly (plus it took them a week to even give us that). Management is entirely unhelpful. Would strongly recommend against living here. There are better...

If you don’t want your water shut down four times a month, or your gas down in the middle of your cooking with no warning, or being stuck in a packed elevator from time to time, plus two out of one week there being only one elevator working for the whole building with over 300 households.. Then DON’T LIVE HERE!! Don’t let the rent price fool you into a miserable life. Also think twice if you can’t bear nonstop street noise. But the doormen and maintenance guys are great and always friendly and helpful. And just to add a FACT that as of 12/12/22, gas has been out for two...
