I stumbled upon this gem in a mall in Rego Park!! We were looking to furnish a new apartment. Wanted the minimalist look. Basics. Couch, coffee table, console, bistro table and chairs, bed frame, mattress and bureau. Miriam wasn't pushy, she was extremely patient - and made some awesome suggestions regarding items with storage space!! When it came to needing special insurance for the building we were moving into, she was GREAT. Her guys were also fantastic with showing up on time and putting together all the items once upstairs. I purchased a Sofa from here. This location is the worst. The sales representative seemed nice at first, (because hello, wants sales) but there were no professional boundaries when an issue arose. He refused to resolve the issue in a peaceful manner and caused me extreme distress by yelling at me on the phone and hanging up twice. The sofa is beautiful, but I would never ever come into this location ever again because of the sales representative. He got his way and I felt insulted. They don't have a website either just a page on Facebook which has no ratings. Don't cause yourself distress, if you need a sofa, go to another location or...
