Read moreHave to edit my review because of the terrible experience. Last time I went there, I ordered the BLT sandwich and there wasn’t bacon in it. I told the guy who made the sandwich and all he said was “sorry we’re out of bacon”. Well I paid for it and that’s the response I get? Today, I went there, hoping it would be a better experience, and ordered the Napa chicken sandwich. The chicken was FROZEN! So Panera Bread- known for their good quality ingredients- serves this to their customers? Not only did they try to serve me frozen chicken, but when I told the lady, she gave me bad attitude and didn’t even apologize like I owed her something. I didn’t even tell her about the mayonnaise that they forgot to put on the side. This is so unprofessional. I thought that Panera Bread states that their accuracy matters: Your order should be correct every time. If it’s not, we’ll fix it right away, and give you a free treat for your trouble. Just let an associate know. I come here very often, so I guess they just lost a regular customer. If this is the experience from Panera, it’s really not worth the price at all as I can make delicious sandwiches at home myself. Definitely going to stay away from this place for a long time.
My review I wrote for them a while ago: Delicious sandwiches! Everything tasted pretty fresh, the atmosphere was nice, and most staff are friendly (there are some rude staffs though, but so does every other place). However, sometimes they do mess up the order like forgetting an ingredient. There was this one time that I ordered on the app and there wasn’t bacon in the sandwiches and when I told them, they said that they were out of it. The bread wasn’t the original sourdough either, so I’m assuming that they were out of that too? All the guy did was just apologize and didn’t do else, which was disappointing. Read moreThe service is here is terrible I ordered my food online to do rapid pick up and I walk in and the registers are alone. There is no employee walking around cleaning up the tables are a mess. The place where you put the dishes was piled high! I ask someone by the food area that calls out the names where I pick up my rapid order he says behind the counter someone should be there soon. I go back there there is a woman with her back turned I said excuse me she says HOLD ON. 10mins later she walks away and pass disappears to the back and the. 10 mins after that she pops back out with what seems like 2 other supervisors or managers a female with glasses and curly hair red shirt on. At this point there are 3 people now waiting for their “rapid orders” a guys says excuse me ma’am I’m here to pick up my order the woman with the glasses says “DAMN HOLD ON MAN! We’re HUMAN NOT ROBOTS GIVE US A MINUTE!!!” So I tell her we have actually given you all 20 minutes cause she helped nobody while she was standing here with her back turned towards everyone. She responds: “Again we’re just human not robots she’s counting her till! Jesus don’t people get it!” She then proceeds to turn and walk away gats while I’m in mid sentence!
