I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by my experience at this jewelry store. As a wheelchair-bound individual, I attempted to enter the store, but a sales representative, a woman with blonde curly hair who appeared to be Latina, stopped me at the door. She told me that I didn’t fit in the store because it was too narrow, even though I could clearly see that I would fit comfortably. I decided to proceed inside, but she immediately shut me down, saying there was no space due to too many people. I assured her that I could still come in, but she insisted that I couldn't, claiming that only businesses were allowed. She didn’t even ask if I was a business owner—she just assumed and made a discriminatory judgment based solely on my wheelchair.

I felt humiliated and excluded. This wasn’t just about the store’s physical space—it was about being unfairly judged and treated differently. To make matters worse, I witnessed her stop a young African-American girl from entering as well, which made it clear that this wasn’t a one-off situation but potentially a pattern of profiling and discrimination. He's such a nice gentleman, I met him and begun to buy from him when he had his small location a stand in Chinatown during my high school years and have been blessed to continue to purchase from him even today. I've been buying from him for 28 years now. There is no other jewlery store I'd purchase from. His sterling silver is genuine 925, great quality, and the the jewelry will not lose its shine as long as you clean it. I don't buy to sell it's actually my jewelry and believe me I use it all. This place is a scam, I went today with my wife to buy merchandise for our store, and they overpriced us when doing the count of products, my wife asked to check again for a price of one of the bags and when the salesperson made the count it was $150 less than what they initially charged us for. My wife asked to please take everything out and do the math again and the salesperson said no and got the owner, the owner came and told us that if we make her take everything out he doesn't want to do business with us in a disrespectful way.
