The service started off ok but my nail tech was abruptly switched out when another customer came in (without any sort of communication) and it was downhill from there.

I received their mani/pedi bundle from what looked like the owner (she was sitting behind the counter when me and my mother arrived) who was not kind or courteous at all. She was stand off-ish, abrasive, and during the middle of my service she stopped and demanded that I pay right away.

My mother received a completely different treatment, however. When she told the nail tech that she was paying for the service, they told her payment upfront was no longer required. To top it all off, when my mother upgraded her standard manicure to a gel manicure, they were kinder and friendlier, and even gave her a complimentary massage. I didn’t get any of this warmth nor did I receive a massage.

To top it all off, my nails were not completely coated, and after two days I’m already starting to see signs of fading.

Since the staff is selective to who they want to be nice to, the nail polish doesn’t last long, and they prioritize people who spend more money, I would recommend getting your nails done someplace where they’re more...

Wow I'm so happy I came here. My Nails look sooo pretty and the service was fantastic. They took me and my sister right away. . They did an expert job with our mani pedis. The techs were knowledgeable, efficient, detailed, and spoke great English like full conversation English. They were friendly too. The place was clean and relaxing and honestly big for a local nyc nail salon.

I was just looking for a low cost nail salon in the area and my expectations were BEYOND exceeded. I usually have to go to the east side to a small hidden nail salon for this price. I stumbled in here after having ramen next door and figured I'd take a risk.

Bright, welcoming salon with lots of nice nail polish colors. I was a walk-in on a quiet afternoon. They have a special mani/pedi deal for $38, but I just wanted a pedicure ($29). The woman who was sitting at the first table took me to the back where the foot baths were. She was sweet, quiet, focused, meticulous and efficient. The pedicure went smoothly and was so relaxing. A quick and gentle foot/calf scrub she gave me during the process felt wonderful. My toes look great! They work hard. Tip well....
