I recently visited the Nuts Factory in NYC to try their rendition of the viral Dubai chocolate bar, and it was an exceptional experience. The bar, originally crafted by Fix Dessert Chocolatier in Dubai, features a decadent combination of milk chocolate filled with crispy knafeh and pistachios.
The Nuts Factory’s version did not disappoint. The white chocolate variant, in particular, stood out with its creamy texture and harmonious blend of flavors. The contrast between the smooth white chocolate and the crunchy knafeh and pistachio filling was delightful.
For those unfamiliar, knafeh is a traditional Middle Eastern dessert made with shredded phyllo pastry, which adds a unique texture to the chocolate bar.
The Nuts Factory offers a variety of freshly roasted nuts, dried fruits, and confections, but their Dubai chocolate bar is a standout item that I highly recommend trying.

Read moreThe store has MANY different options of covered different types of nuts. I went inside with the stroller and for moms out here - it is not stroller friendly at all. The rows are narrow and with addition of other people I had to excuse myself 10 million times. Nuts, even though tasty (not stale in my case like other mentioned) are very overpriced. And while you can find here what you can’t find at all in some other places - it still isn’t worth the price. The biggest problem for me was that store clerk couldn’t answer any of the questions related to nuts and spices I asked him. In my personal opinion, when store clerk doesn’t know what he is actually selling, it’s not worth it to me to come back to...
Read moreI went for the Dubai Chocolate assuming that it would be stock. In the videos and online, many people have posted that it’s a plastic container, but when I went it was wrapped in a plastic. Immediately I was a little skeptical, so I asked the lady in the front if that was the Dubai chocolate and she said yes. I asked her if it was from the viral videos and she assured me it was. I buy it for $20 and I tried it and it wasn’t what I expected it. In fact it was dark chocolate. Feeling lied to, I went back inside for an explanation and was disregarded as a customer. Never was I told that I was being sold dark chocolate and not the original milk chocolate. Bad customer service would not buy...
