Please go elsewhere. My nails are bleeding and the nail tech didn’t even care. I came in to ask how much a synthetic nail removal which the nail tech I spoke to said was $25. I should have gone somewhere else right away when she started pulling my nails off with a file and a metro card. She then brought acetone for me to soak my nails which she did for 5 min and then started trying to peel the nails off. I suggested that she soak the nails longer. She then acetone on a cotton ball and wrapped each nail with foil. Then she started filing each nail. This method definitely helped but she would get impatient and keep trying to pry the acrylic off. She would slam the acetone bowl every time she came back and scolded me for getting these nails done in the first place. She suggested I get the massage which she said can be done for a $10 tip then she said 15. I thought she meant 15 minutes. I said sure and the massage was nice. Then she proceeds to file and scrape, and now the pulling. She peeled two one my real nails I was severely bleeding. I was crying because it was so painful and I told her to stop and I’ll finish the rest. She didn’t take off half the acrylic nails and ripped off 2 of my real nails. I asked if she could please bandage the 2 nails and I’ll pay. She charges me $40 and suggests a $10 tip. I asked why $40 and she said the massage was $15. I suggested that they don’t do acrylic nail removal if they don’t know how and she lowered it to the...

I’ve never had such low quality manicure in my entire life at a price point of $90. I did an extension with single color. As I sat down she (forgot to ask the technicians name) started to put extensions on my nails. No Callus treatment etc. nothing at all. she just rubbed my nails with pads as prep. It turns out so uneven and I can see the strokes of the brush, and bubbles. I asked her to fix it (and do cuticle treatment too, tho it’s too late) and it was not great. Of course, if you rush the work it can’t be good. The glue is excessive and super thick under my nails. The edge is not clean and uneven. Looks super “diy at home” . Not worth my $90. I’m so upset when I realized it’s gonna look ugly for a month and I had to stick with it. I don’t understand why she had to skip steps and treated me differently, as I saw other people sitting next to me were getting cuticles first( as it should be, if you don’t do that, the coat is gonna be unclean). Not a...

This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon - I’m shocked to see it has low reviews. Ask for Donna! I walked in on a Tuesday night, got a gel manicure and a full spa pedicure for a great affordable price for a special occasion treatment. I asked her a few questions and she was very kind to me. The nails turned out beautiful, but the spa experience was even better. Donna was SO thorough and gave an incredible, long, deep massage and complimentary shoulder massage for paying in 💵. She took her time while still being efficient, was thoughtful and when she noticed the hot towels were too cool she replaced them with hot ones, made sure the water was a good temperature, helped me pick out a beautiful holiday color, etc. The salon was quiet and peaceful and it looks like a lot of people go there for massages. I don’t go to salons often because I feel like I’m often dissapointed but this was a wonderful experience and will definitely go...

I never leave reviews but I had a dip manicure yesterday and I must say it was the worst and most unprofessional manicure I’ve had in my life. The woman (didn’t catch her name, but she had clear glasses and a bob haircut) was nail drill-happy and continuously used the nail drill close to the nail bed to uniform my nails despite cutting into the skin and making 3 fingers bleed (two shown, with cuts that were not there before I entered). Not one apology even when I pointed it out. At the end when I went to pay and still tipped her 20%, she glared as I put the rest of the change into my bag, as if she could not believe I was not tipping more despite leaving with bleeding hands. In retrospect, I probably should have just walked out. Avoid at all costs
