I went in and asked for a Mani/ pedi along with a callous treatment. Everything was fine until my nail technician, Jessica, gave me an attitude and muttered under her breathe when I asked about the callous treatment I requested earlier as she emptied the tub and prepared my toenails to be painted. Service only got worse from there when she began to work on my pedicure. She made me feel as if I was a bother to her, working rather in a rushed pace, Mind you it wasn't a busy day.

When I came into the store, I noticed signs reading card minimum $15 and that cash tip is appreciated. My mail/ pedi with the treatment came out to $40. My nail technician Jessica, when asking for payment, demanded that I went outside and use the ATM to take out cash to pay for the service. I said no, I didn't want to pay an ATM fee, and and gave her back my debit card. Another patron chimed in to Jessica, saying that the sign posted by the entrance read that card minimums was $15. She then got up and asked me with such an attitude how much tip I was going to put on the card. Luckily I found enough cash for a tip, but she was lucky to get any tip from me with this level of customer service. No one should demand the customer to take out cash at an atm if the establishment accepts cards, nor should they make you feel unwelcomed. I am rating this place a 2 since i have come before and have had pleasant experiences, however, this last experience was the main cure from hell. To start the manicure lasted 2.5 hrs. The lady filed my nail bed down so thin I thought she was going to leave a hole in the middle of the nail. I told the lady at least 5 times she was hurting me…not once did she adjust the way she was filing, extremely fast, hard and carelessly. I then bled 3 different times…I understand if a nail technician makes 1 mistake but 3… After filing, she must have put 50 coats of dip on the nail which it was impossible to take off. The owner/no other nail technician said anything after i bled several times I finally went to a different nail salon to take off the nails it took 30 min to soak off because of how thick the dip was. Once the dip was finally off 4 of my nails were completely cracked through the middle!!!!! I am NEVER going back...

Nope. Worst service ever. Jojo could not help her racism. I had to suffer through a horrible pedicure and manicure service which I treat myself to maybe 3-4 times a year because of this exact issue. I hate how I am treated. No surprise here but she didn't even do a good job. I had to clean my own toes because she seemed scared of my feet. It was pitiful. Then I was bummed when I realized she was doing the manicure too. She protested I wanted my nails "too short" for gel. I always have them this short and never have heard that. I also am licensed (cosmetologist) and do gels on myself so bye girl you are just lazy and nasty. I would normally have walked out but I have a gala and really needed them done. I hate everything about the service. Melanated ladies - don't. They do not...
