The sales person pressured my 13 yr old daughter and made her feel that she had to get a pair of shoes. She pushed her to try on the shoes and then never mentioned the sales policy. When you shop in a store that does not give refunds you need to mention it at checkout. In addition she did not tell us the total price of the item with tax and never sent the receipt. When i went back in 1/2hr later to explain my daughter felt pressured to buy the shoes there was another mom and daughter in the store asking for their money back to because the daughter was sold an item that was much less elsewhere and they felt taken advantage of. Iām all for small businesses but this business practice to pray on young girls and be pushy for sales is disgusting and there is all this wheeling and dealing going on is awful. Beware if you walk in you will be taken advantage of. Iām out $200 learn from me. I wish i read previous reviews this store...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWould never trust this storeās policies nor items authenticity. 99.5% of what is in this store is total junk all seems very overpriced scheme-y. Notice how the other reviews are written by āAriana Grandeā.
Only walked in because I had a gift certificate due to a family error. Was told the gift certificate I had was only valid for that day. I pointed out a pair of hollow āsolid goldā climber earrings priced around $350 (for reference exact authentic pair online for $200)- when she put them on the counter, she doubled the cost of saying they were individually priced.. okay so the store sells at over triple market cost? I guess you can when you can strong-arm a customer out of a store credit. This place is a joke and the items are junk. Only walked in due to the...
Ā Ā Ā Read more*N E V E R C O M I N G Back * The shop owner is illegally charging sales tax on clothing and shoe items under $110.00! Itās the Manhattan law, and I have reported her since she rudely and arrogantly dismissed my inquiry after I brought this to her attention. A better way to handle this was to take my contact and offer to research.
She also has high markup on items. A hat by COG sells for $120.00 and you can find the exact same item online at Nordstrom Rack for $9.95. While I understand boutiques should be able to charge higher prices, that is a huge disparity. I shop at many UES boutiques and the markup is more competitive and palatable than here! And they follow the taxation laws! If anyone dares to shop here, please do your...
