I went in on 11/10 following a reservation made for two. Initially everything seemed seamless but as soon as we started designing the bracelets and earrings, it seemed everything went downhill. Firstly, when we inquired about the pearls being stuck in place onto the bracelets, they told us we couldn't do that with the bracelets we chose or that we would have to choose another option which was more expensive so we politely declined. Multiple attendants proceeded to come up to us multiple times to ask us if we wanted to change, to which again we declined even though we had already told them this three or four times previously. To us, this seemed to stem from disorganization and appears inconsiderate as it didn't seem like they were listening to us after having said this mutliple times. Additionally, it is not completely clear on the website and on their instagram webpage that the jewelry is separately charged from the mussels or the overall activity. They then proceeded to take my friend's bracelet and earrings to the back to be completed, while I had finished designing a few minutes after, they decided to take everyone's else's around me and appeared as if they forgot about myself. It took about 20 minutes for them to take my items to the back to be completed after my friend's had already been taken back. In total, we spent 2.5 hours waiting for our jewelry to be finished which I thought was a bit much. Additionally, once our items were taken to the back, the attendants asked to take the extra pearls to polish. When we left with our completed items, we realized we had forgotten our pearls and went back 5 minutes later. Upon coming back, they told us they misplaced our pearls and had us search through a stack of pearls, which none were ours. They let us check through the polished bags and we were both able to find our extra pearls but was very disappointed with the overall service and the disorganization. Additionally, while they were transferring the pearls into the pouch, the attendant inconsiderately dropped my pearl on the floor because they were rushing to open the bag. I understand that at one point the place was full of other customers and we had patience with them because of that but some of the behaviors exhibited for an establishment based off expensive pearls are unacceptable. Overall the service was subpar at best and I wouldn't recommend going unless you want to wait two hours for overly...

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

I am always looking for exciting things to do in the city and therefore, was super excited for this experience after seeing a reel on Instagram about it. However, this by far was my worse experience in NY!!!

My sister and I decided to get the classic pearl. We assumed it would be worth the [price] since it comes with over 30 pearls. Yet, to our surprise, the pearls were very tiny, making them hard to make appealing jewelry from. In my opinion, you would be better off getting one of the other two oyster options which comes with just a few larger pearls.

Furthermore, opening the oysters also was not an enjoyable experience due to the gloves they supplied us with. The gloves were not properly fitted, making it both difficult and uncomfortable to open the oysters and pick out the pearls.

After you get your pearls out, you are required to wait as they clean and dry them. During that time, you get to choose your jewlrey. To make an already disappointing experience worse, the jewelry options are extremely cheap. For the prices they’re charging, the jewelry could at least be gold plated. Instead, it’s close to the quality of Shein’s jewelry. Still, in an attempt to enjoy the experience, my sister decided to buy a necklace while I purchased two rings.

When they finished working on our jewelry, they told us to wait before touching them to allow them time to dry. By the time we got home, my rings were covered in glue from their mediocre application of the pearls. My sister’s necklace, on the other hand, was dismantled. The pearl had fallen out of the necklace. They did a horrible job putting the jewelry together, especially for the price.

The next day, my sister called them to make them aware of her dismantled jewelry. They assured her that they would send her a new one (she has screenshots as proof). However, it’s been weeks and she still haven’t received anything in the mail. Thus, making this experience completely unworthy of the hundreds of dollars we paid for it.

500 DOLLARS FOR TRAsh! NOT WORTH THE PRICE! JUST GO BUY SOME REAL PEARLS AND USE THE REST OF THE MONEY FOR A NICE MEAL

We went last Saturday as a fun thing to do in the city. I went with 4 other people and we picked two classic oysters. First the pearls in the oyster were all deformed. Nothing the store could have done about that as that’s the experience piece of going here. We followed the instructions and organized the pearls into the order we want it in. They measured our wrist size and said that we can come back for pickup as it would take over 2 hours for them to finish. We said we’d come back

Now this is where the issue happened. We ordered 5 bracelets, a necklace, and a pair of earnings. The total cost was around 500 dollars. When we went to pickup the order, they not only lost our order… but had asked us to identify which one was ours. Through the whole process they got our order wrong based on what we had told them we wanted and they even took a picture. The pearls on our bracelet didn’t look like the ones that we had used, so maybe it was switched out along the way. And through all of this, we expected to be in and out but wasted another hour figuring out where our pieces were, why they weren’t in the order we had specified in the picture, and to top it all off, they ask, what’s your wrist size.. even though they had taken it the prior Saturday when we organized it all. Additionally, the pearls to some of our bracelets look over polished as there is a sign of a stripe through them all. The workers at the store said it was naturally like this, but when i looked back at all of my pictures, it was not there. So if you’re going to go here, I’d recommend just going to do some other fun activity in the city and just use the money to buy some pearls at a...
