PINK LASH — Local services in New York

This place has become a scam!! I have been going to them for years and never had any issues until recently. Erica who used to be there always did a fantastic job with my lashes, the last two times and especially today when I went it was such a horrific experience. The technician who did my lashes didn’t do my full set that I paid $153 for. I got there 10 minutes late due to mta delays, so once she finished I looked in the mirror and told her this isn’t a full set, first she goes oh you were late… I’m like ok and?? Then she goes oh it is full set, and got extremely rude with me. I do the same set everytime and I can see the big difference! They refused to give me some money back and insisted I wait an hr or come back another day, it took me two hours to get there, why would I wait when I have to go back to work and make another trip back?? I understand I was late but I texted them and told them. There has been plenty of times where I was on time and they were behind and I waited . I never made a fuss. I am behind furious with the service I received and the manager refuses to call Me back or give me a partial Refund! This is the service they provide for a customer who’s been going there for years?? And I sent them so many of my friends and family as referrals. I will never go back there again! I suggest you guys don’t go back either. I work hard for my money and they just ripped me off ??? It’s pathetic I shouldn’t even have paid in the first place , but I did and this is the ridiculous service I received. Please save your money go somewhere for lashes, there are plenty of better places in the city that will provide better service for a whole...

I was there exactly one week ago. I loved my lashes when I left and the customer service of the lash tech.

Despite following the instructions they provided to a tee, lashes started dropping in clumps. Here I am two days before my trip and I have one eye with maybe 20 lashes and the other with maybe 40(I’m probably giving too much, see the pictures for reference) When I called well before they closed before my one week was up they didn't answer. They instead text me the next morning. When I informed them what happened they offered to have me come in Wednesday or Thursday. It's Friday. Another full week later and well into the trip I got the lashes for. I attempted to give them the day to find availability and they did nothing. I now have to find someone last minute and pay someone else to not only re-do them but remove the current lashes.

Horrible customer service. Horrible glue quality. I won't be returning. You really get what you pay...

I paid the $42 online for a full set of Mink Lashes, it was the only option and offered no in depth description about what the cost included and what wasn't covered. I made an appointment and went in not telling her I had a groupon and she was delighted to see me. As soon as I mentioned it was a groupon her face dropped and she quickly became nonchalant. I was asked what kind of lashes and how did I want them: 15 length - FULL - dramatic! "Oh no honey that cost extra" is what came next. I didn't want to make a big deal so I paid what ended up being $80 total. In a week my lashes were gone. I had appointment for refill and was just waiting for them to say that it had to be charged as New set which it was essentially from the amount I had left. This set was fab and they lasted roughly three weeks (done by different girl of course) I said next time I want refill in two weeks and would like to know the cost.... $85! For a refill? Hmm I know who's not...
