What a great find in the neighborhood! My neighbor highly recommended them and now I do the same. I walked in with 5 old laptops and Daniel was so patient in helping me with them. I listened as he patiently advised someone on the phone about a computer problem. They know what they're doing and they're fairly priced. Plus, they are good guys. What could be better? This guy is a swindler! I accidently damaged a screen of my brand new laptop and brought it to this shop for repair which was done. However, the repair guy intentionally pulls out the connector for the fan, which cause laptop overheat and disturb the operation system with no simple recovery. He expects me to come back soon, so he didn’t even put back half of screws on the panel. It cost me a few hours to detect and fix the problem (first time opening laptop), but if you know exactly what to do then it's only 2 min of work with potential “parts and labor”...

Fast and reliable. I came in a weekday morning to get my Dell XPS 15 laptop fixed. I spilled water on it, and it wasn't turning on even after waiting 48hrs for it to dry. They inspected it and reached back out to me within 2 hours that they'll need to clean the motherboard, and if it was salvageable, it'd cost $150 including tax. After another hour, they texted me saying that my laptop was ready for pickup. Very satisfied with their professionalism and communication. No frills service. Would definitely return for any other tech...
