100s BUGS HATCHED IN MY TREE INSIDE OUR APARTMENT! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We had to throw it away with ornaments and lights on because I'm obviously not going to touch bugs while taking them off! I went back to Soho Trees to ask if there is any way to make it right and also honestly to let them know in case there were other people dealing with this. I was accused of being a LIAR because I didn't take pictures or tell them immediately. Would getting a refund or getting photo proof be your first reaction when you see your tree is dripping and covered in BUGS! It wasn't mine! Honestly was too busy having a panic attack and being devastated by the whole experience. But once I had a chance to calm down and realized I'd spent $125 for that tree and lost all my ornaments and lights, I thought it was logical to ask if the business could make it right. I cannot even believe any business would treat customers this way. I'm honestly baffled. I've literally never written a bad review for anything ever, but the way I was treated by this business was disgusting and I feel it's only right to warn others to stay away from this place. Huge shout out to Russel at SOHO trees! I was remotely trying to help a friend get a tree delivered to her building in NYC. I searched online and saw that SOHO trees has the tree type that my friend was looking for and gave them a call.

Russel was highly responsive and very helpful. My friend's building ended up requiring all sorts of paperwork for the delivery including insurance and workers comp information. Russel was able to produce all the necessary paperwork to the building before delivery.

The delivery team came in and set up the tree, gave it water, left tree solution with care instructions, and even gave us a tree removal bag! It was a shot in the dark when I initially called them, but I would be happy to recommend them to friends and...

Purchased this tree from soho trees right after Thanksgiving Day and I paid a premium for delivery and removal. Was told at the time that they would come collect the tree at anytime before January fifteenth. Scheduled pick of the tree before New Year’s Eve. The tree was scheduled to be picked up on Sunday, January 7th between noon and 3pm. Sunday at 3pm came and went and no one showed up to pick up the tree. The phone line for the business was not answered and no one bothered following up today. I’d recommend not buying a tree from this business unless you like being lied to for some reason!
